Chris Walters has more than 15 years experience as a business operator, entrepreneur, and executive in a variety of industries including information technology, telecommunications, portable moving and storage, software, medical, and marine.  Currently, he is helping the Dallas technology community by mentoring, blogging, twitting, seed investing, and organizing events.  He is also the Founder of Tuxedo Dinners and utilizes Veridicus Software as his consulting entity.

Prior to living in Dallas, Chris was the President of Rocky Mountain Portable Storage where he successfully started and operated two multi-city PODS (Portable on Demand Storage) franchises.  Chris began his carrier by founding Cheetah Medical Solutions, a value added reseller focused on computer hardware and practice management software for the medical industry.  He sold Cheetah Medical Solutions in early 2000.

Chris is passionate about helping technology start-ups succeed by offering mentoring, making connections, generating capital, and imparting real world experience.  Chris loves Dallas and gives back generously by volunteering his time at the YMCA for their yearly Partners Campaign fundraiser.  Chris also supports his children’s elementary school as an active member of the Dad’s Club and volunteers as a coach for various youth basketball, football, and baseball programs around Dallas.
